There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, you are required to submit personally identifiable information when you submit an order. SwiftHero requires your phone number, email address, address, and billing information in order to order an on-demand home service. All of the aforementioned details will be assigned to your account when you sign-up to SwiftHero.

Your name, address and phone number will be given to the business that will complete your requested home service.

Ratings

Once you have paid for the service that you requested, you will then be able to review the business that completed the service. Your reviews are anonymous and are released in batches to protect your anonymity.
